REGULAR MEETING LOCATION City Hall/Muskego Room W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 8/10/99 NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Resolution #144-99, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session to: No. 1 §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically compensation and classification study and labor negotiations for represented employees (AFSCME) and employees of the Public Works and Utilities Departments. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session for continuation of agenda items. Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session to: No. 2 §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved; more specifically Superior Emerald Park, Inc. landfill litigation, the pending petition before the Waste Facility Siting Board as to the City of Franklin and others, and likely resumption of litigation concerning the contested case hearing. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session for the purpose of adjournment.
