NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as
Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage
of the proper motion, into Closed Session pursuant to:
§19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation
data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility, more specifically compensation and classification study for represented
employees.
§19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral
or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in
which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically Superior Emerald Park, Inc.
contested case.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into Open
Session for the purpose of adjournment.
