COMMON COUNCIL Agenda 012699 * AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL AGENDA DATE: JANUARY 26, 1999 TIME: 7:15 p.m. QUARTERLY MEETING Big Muskego Lake/Bass Bay Protection & Rehabilitation District 7:30 p.m. REGULAR MEETING LOCATION: City Hall/Muskego Room W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 1/12/99 NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Approval of the Minutes, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session pursuant to: 1. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; more specifically negotiating contract with Tess Corners Fire Department. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items. Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session pursuant to: *2. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically compensation and classification study for represented employees. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session for the purpose of adjournment.
