NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Approval of Minutes, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session pursuant to:
1. 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; more specifically
negotiating contract with Town of Norway Sanitary District.
Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Council will then reconvene into Open Session
for the continuation of agenda items.

Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage
of the proper motion, into Closed Session pursuant to:
