STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 7/14/98 and 7/15/98
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Personal Appearances, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to:
1. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any
public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically
discussion, interview and possible confirmation of City Engineer/Building Director.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into Open
Session to continue with agenda items.
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as
Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage
of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to:
2. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any
public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically
employee compensation and classification study.
3. §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session; more specifically negotiating contract for Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into Open
Session for the purpose of adjournment.
