COMMON COUNCIL Agenda 041598 AGENDA AMENDED* COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO DATE: APRIL 15, 1998 TIME: 7:00 p.m. PUBLIC HEARINGS • To consider petition of the Common Council of the City of Muskego to rezone properties in the NE & SE ¼ of Section 13 from R-2 to RSE and R-3 to RSE • To levy special assessments for North Cape Road/Schaeffer Drive Sewer Project MSS-1-98 SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING TO FOLLOW LOCATION: City Hall/Muskego Room W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business As Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session pursuant to: 1. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically Superior Emerald Park, Inc. contested case, and 2. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically employee compensation and classification study. Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into Open Session for the continuation of agenda items.
