STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Communications from the Mayor’s Office, the Common Council will convene,
upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to
1. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written
advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to
become involved, more specifically Metro East Landfill Expansion.
2. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any
public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more
specifically labor agreement, Muskego Police Association.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Common Council will then reconvene into open session to
continue with agenda items.

to above in this notice.
