NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Personal Appearances, the Common Council will convene,
upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to
1. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering
oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation
in which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically Metro East Landfill Expansion.
Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Council will then reconvene into Open Session
for continuation of agenda items.
Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as
Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage
of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to:

evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility, more specifically labor agreement, police bargaining agreement.

Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Council will then reconvene into Open Session
