Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Council will then reconvene into Open Session for continuation of agenda items. Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to: 2. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically labor agreement, police bargaining agreement. 3. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically employee compensation and classification.
