COMMON COUNCIL Agenda 021098 AGENDA COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO DATE: FEBRUARY 10, 1998 TIME: 7:15 p.m. SPECIAL MEETING CANCELED Big Muskego Lake/Bass Bay Protection & Rehabilitation District 7:30 p.m. REGULAR MEETING LOCATION: City Hall/Muskego Room W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 1/27/98 Meeting NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following Public Appearances, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session , pursuant to: 1. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically discussion, interview and possible confirmation of Parks and Recreation Director. Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Council will then reconvene into Open Session for the continuation of agenda items. Please take notice that following Communications and Miscellaneous Business as Authorized by Law, the Common Council of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to: 2. §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, more specifically Metro East Landfill Expansion. 3. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically employee compensation and classification. Action may be taken in Closed Session. The Council will then reconvene into Open Session for the purpose of adjournment.
