HEARING In the Matter of Revocation or Suspension of “Class B” Retailer’s License for the
Sale of Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors of B.J. Mack’s, Inc.
d/b/a The New Klub 24, Bette Makolondra, Registered Agent.
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following the Hearing, the Common Council of the City of Muskego
will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to:
§19.85(1)(a). Deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-
judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body, more specifically concerning the
matter of revocation or suspension of “Class B” Retailer’s License for the Sale of Fermented
Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors of B.J. Mack’s, Inc. d/b/a The New Klub 24, Bette
Makolondra, Registered Agent.
The Common Council will then reconvene into Open Session to continue with agenda items.

above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the
governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
