COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE – CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2010
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Mayor Johnson, Aldermen Snead, Harenda, Werner, Soltysiak, Schaumberg, Fiedler. Also
present Department of Finance and Administration Director Mueller and Attorney Jon Swain.
Alderman Borgman was absent.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting had been noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
There were no issues with the agenda items listed.
CLOSED SESSION
Alderman Harenda moved to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats.19.85 (1)(e)
Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require
a closed session, more specifically labor union negotiations for 2011. Alderman Snead
seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
OPEN SESSION
Alderman Fiedler moved to reconvene into open session. Alderman Snead seconded.
Motion carried 6 in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Fiedler moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Snead, motion carried unanimously.
