BOARD OF REVIEW
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 30, 2008
Vice-Chairman Henry Posbrig called the meeting to order at 3:03 pm. Board of Review
members present: Henry Posbrig, Dawn Schiel, Steve Roncke, and Ray Ingold.
Attorney Eric Larson and Board of Review Secretary Judie Paryl were also present.
The Board of Review Secretary stated that the agenda for the meeting was noticed in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
Deliberation of June 4 Board of Review Cases – The Board of Review members had
reviewed the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision that was drafted by Attorney
Eric Larson, as a result of the board’s deliberations of June 4, 2008.
A motion was made by Dawn Schiel in exercising our judgment and discretion pursuant
to Wis. Stats. 70.47 (9)(a) that we hereby determine that the assessors determination is
correct and sustains the assessment as set forth by the assessor and adopt the Findings
of Fact, Determination and Decision as presented in the document prepared by our
attorney and presented at the meeting today. Steven Roncke seconded; motion carried.

Henry Posbrig moved that the 2008 Board of Review approve the 2008 Assessment Roll
as presented by the City Assessor and amended by the Board; and having performed all
of its statutory duties and completed all of its work, the Board of the Review adjourns
sine die at 3:12 PM, subject to the Clerk fulfilling the Clerk’s statutory duties. Steven
Roncke seconded; motion carried 4-0.
