CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JUNE 4, 2008
Vice-Chairman Henry Posbrig called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. Also present
were Board Members Ray Ingold, Steven Roncke, and Dawn Schiel. Atty. Eric Larson
representing the Board, Assessor Laura Mecha, Atty. Tim Andringa representing the City
Assessor, and Clerk Janice Moyer. Ms. Moyer stated that the meeting was noticed in
accordance with the open meeting law.
The Board heard the following objections:

The City Assessor, witnesses, and any other persons providing testimony were sworn in
by the Clerk. Lengthy testimony was received.
The minutes of this meeting of the 2008 Board of Review were documented by Brown
and Jones Reporting service. A transcript was drafted and printed. It is a part of the
2008 Board of Review file for June 4, 2008.
Dawn Schiel moved to adjourn to June 11, 2008 at 3:00 pm. Steven Roncke seconded;
motion carried. The June 4, 2008 session of the Board of Review adjourned at 8:25 pm.
