BOARD OF REVIEW Minutes 20080522
BOARD OF REVIEW
CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD THURSDAY, MAY 22, 2008
Chairman Lynda Guhr called the meeting to order at 5:10 pm. Also present were Board
Members Raymond Ingold, Henry Posbrig, Dean Bartosh and Dawn Schiel, Atty. Eric
Larson representing the Board, Assessor Laura Mecha, Mark Link of Tyler
Technologies, and Deputy Clerk Jill Blenski.
Chairman Guhr noted that a Notice of Intent to File Objection with Board of Review and
Objection Form for Real Property Assessment were filed by Carla Stoiber just prior to
the meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Stoiber appeared before the Board. Attorney Larson
stated that the law requires that the taxpayers provide evidence of extraordinary
circumstances because the required forms were filed late. Dawn Schiel moved that the
taxpayers did not show evidence of extraordinary circumstances and, therefore, would
not be granted a hearing. Henry Posbrig seconded; motion carried 5-0.
The Board heard the following objections:
Luke Hudock, W166 S7111 Still Meadows Court, Tax Key #2198.146
Paula Michlig, W180 S6358 Lentini Drive, Tax Key #2174.002

It was noted that a Notice of Intent to File Objection with Board of Review was timely
filed by Herb Schrader, but there was no Objection Form. Mr. Schrader was present
and stated he had the Objection Form with him. Attorney Larson informed the Board
that the taxpayer had to provide evidence of extraordinary circumstances because the
Objection Form was not timely filed. Mr. Schrader stated that he was not aware that the
Objection Form had to be filed by a certain time. Dawn Schiel moved that the taxpayer
did not show evidence of extraordinary circumstances and, therefore, would not be
granted a hearing. Raymond Ingold seconded; motion carried 5-0.
The Board heard the following objections:
Patricia Kleinekordt, W205 S10477 Victoria Drive, Tax Key #2281.085. Ms. Kleinekordt
