CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON JULY 26, 2006
Vice Chairman Noah Fiedler called the Board of Review of the City of Muskego to order at 5:00
PM. The Board had adjourned to this date at its June 28, 2006, meeting. Also present were
Board Members James Burke, Steven Roncke, and William Le Doux , Atty. Eric Larson
representing the Board, Clerk-Treasurer Janice Moyer, Court Reporter Andrea Stewart, Arthur
Dyer agent for Parkland Venture LLC, and Attorney Richard Frederick representing Mr. Dyer.
The Clerk-Treasurer stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting
law on July 18, 2006.
New Business
Deliberation of Parkland Venture LLC Case - The Board heard the testimony regarding the
Parkland Venture LLC objection on May 10, 2006, June 12, 2006, and June 28, 2006. The Board
of Review Members deliberated the Parkland Venture LLC objection. A recess was taken from
6:35 PM to 6:50 PM. Following discussion regarding the evidence presented, Attorney Eric
Larson stated that he would draft the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision based on the
comments from the members. It will be prepared for the next meeting on August 21, 2006, at
6:00 PM.
Steve Roncke moved to adjourn to August 21, 2006, at 6:00 PM, James Burke seconded; motion
carried.
