CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2005
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order by Vice Chairman
Henry Posbrig at 6:00 PM. Also present were Board Members Dave Gosse and Bill
Jasinski, Atty. Eric Larson representing the Board, Assessor Laura Mecha, Atty.
Timothy J. Andringa representing the Assessor, Deputy Clerk Jill Blenski, Court
Reporter Kari Widor, and Atty. Richard Frederick representing the agent for Parkland
Venture LLC, Arthur Dyer.
The following witnesses were sworn in by Deputy Clerk Blenski: Arthur Dyer, Aaron
DeKarske, Laura Mecha, Sean McMullen, and Quinn Piala.
The Board heard sworn testimony on the objection filed by Arthur Dyer as agent for
Parkland Venture LLC, S74 W17000 Janesville Road. Testimony was concluded. At
11:54 PM, Bill Jasinski moved to adjourn to Monday, July 25 at 4:00 PM to deliberate
the Parkland Venture LLC case. Dave Gosse seconded; motion carried.
