MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, JULY 20, 2005
The Board of Review of the City of Muskego was called to order by Chairman Lynda
Guhr at 6:05 PM. Also present were Board Members Henry Posbrig, Dave Gosse, Bill
Jasinski and Charlotte Stewart, Atty. Eric Larson representing the Board, Assessor
Laura Mecha, Michael Burckhardt and Mark Link of CLT, and Clerk-Treasurer Janice
Moyer. The Clerk noted that the meeting was properly noticed.
The Board heard the following objections:
Arthur and Jeanne Zangerle, S84 W20938 Janesville Road
Arthur Zangerle, S84 W20851 Janesville Road
John O’Malley (represented by Jack Henry)
W125 S9706-08 North Cape Road
John and Janine Gaube, W124 S7196 Skylark Lane
Norm and Gayle Reynolds, S97 W12741 Champion Drive
Randall and Susan Becker, S77 W16486 Bridgeport Way
Roy and Jeanne Catron, W142 S7535 Freedom Avenue
William and Marlene Beck, S78 W20363 Pasadena Drive
It was noted that the 48-hour notice for the Catron and Beck objections was waived by
the Assessor and property owners.
The Board deliberated all of the above objections as follows:
Zangerle: Charlotte Stewart moved to sustain the Assessor’s value and to formally
adopt the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision. Bill Jasinski seconded.
Motion carried 5-0.
Zangerle: Charlotte Stewart moved to sustain the Assessor’s value and to formally
adopt the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision. Bill Jasinski seconded.
Motion carried 5-0.
O’Malley: Charlotte Stewart moved to sustain the Assessor’s value and to formally
adopt the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision. Bill Jasinski seconded.
Motion carried 5-0.
Gaube: Charlotte Stewart moved to sustain the Assessor’s value and to formally adopt
the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision. Bill Jasinski seconded. Motion
carried 5-0.

Motion carried 5-0.
Becker: Charlotte Stewart moved to sustain the Assessor’s value and to formally
adopt the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision. Henry Posbrig seconded.
Motion carried 5-0.
Catron: Charlotte Stewart moved to sustain the Assessor’s value and to formally adopt
the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision. Henry Posbrig seconded. Motion
carried 5-0.
Beck: Charlotte Stewart moved to sustain the Assessor’s value and to formally adopt
the Findings of Fact, Determination and Decision. Bill Jasinski seconded. Motion
carried 5-0.
The Clerk was directed to mail the Notice of Determination forms by certified mail.
At 10:28 PM, Bill Jasinski moved to adjourn to Thursday, July 21, 2005 at 6:00 PM.
Charlotte Stewart seconded; motion carried.
