2. Verify that member(s) have met the mandatory training requirements
3. Establish procedures of operation and discuss any additional questions
4. Receive the 2007 Assessment Roll and sworn statements from the Clerk
5. Assessor’s Report
6. Review Notices of Intent to File Objection and Consider Waivers for Late
Objectors
7. Set Meeting Dates to Hear Objections and Schedule Hearings
8. Review 2007 Assessment Roll and Perform Statutory Duties
9. Hear any other motions and waivers authorized by law
10. Hear objections to real property and personal property assessments
11. Adjournment

GOVERNMENTAL BODIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE
ABOVE-STATED MEETING TO GATHER INFORMATION; NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY
ANY GOVERNMENTAL BODY AT THE ABOVE-STATED MEETING OTHER THAN THE
GOVERNMENTAL BODY SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO ABOVE IN THIS NOTICE.
