NEW BUSINESS - Discussion, update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the
following:
1. Discuss Policy on Full and Temporary Interest Acquisitions.
2. Discuss Bring Back the Lake timetable and proposed public informational meeting on
May 4, 2010.
3. Further discussion on amending Chapter 1, Section 1.04, of the Municipal Code
(General Government – Appointed Officials).
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT Possible reconvening of the Committee of the Whole
immediately following Common Council Meeting of the same date to continue work
on agenda items
