NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego
will convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to the
State Statute, Section 19.85 (1) ( c): Considering employment, promotion,
compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose
of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation
data, more specifically to confirm promotions of two officers to the rank of Sergeant.

The Police & Fire Commission will then reconvene into Open Session to continue
with agenda items.
