passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statute, Section 19.85 (1) (C ):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific
of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more
specifically for the purpose of discussing specific personnel issues within the police department.
