PFA20040715 AGENDA POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION – CITY OF MUSKEGO DATE: Thursday, July 15, 2004 TIME: 7:30PM PLACE: City of Muskego Police Department W183 S8150 Racine Avenue Muskego, Wisconsin 53150 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session with legal counsel and staff, pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (b) and State Statute 19.85 (1) (f), Wisconsin Stats: Considering dismissal, demotion or discipline of a public employee, and; Considering disciplinary data of specific persons or the investigation of specific personnel problems or charges against specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person involved in such problems or investigation. Specifically to be discussed are facts and circumstances involved with the report to be filed with the Police & Fire Commission pursuant to sec. 62.13 (5) Wis. Stats. regarding James P. Kaebisch.
