pfcm20111210 City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission December 10, 2011 The meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Gleason called the meeting to order at 7:30AM. Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Sindic, Mooney, and Kuwitzky present. Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Monday, December 5, 2011. Commissioner Kuwitzky made a motion to approve the agenda items and Commissioner Mooney seconded. Motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Kuwitzky made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) ( c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically to hold oral interviews for the position of police officer. The City of Muskego Police & Fire Commissioner reconvened into Open Session to continue the remaining agenda items after Commissioner Mooney made a motion to reconvene. Commissioner Treba seconded and motion carried unanimously. The next meeting will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2012.
