pfcm20110127City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission January 27, 2011 The meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Thursday, January 27, 2011, in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Gleason called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Sindic, Kuwitzky and Mooney present. Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on January 20, 2011. Commissioner Mooney made a motion to approve the agenda items and Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded. Motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Kuwitzky made a motion to approve the minutes from the October 21, 2010 meeting and Commissioner Treba seconded. Motion carried unanimously. REPORT FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT: • Chief Geiszler reported Sgt. Mesich had another shoulder surgery and Detective Fandre is on family medical leave. OLD BUSINESS: There was nothing to discuss. NEW BUSINESS: • Discussion on Hiring Process: Chief Geiszler reported a new position will be available beginning May 1st. Executive Assistant Wissing explained the hiring process and set a tentative oral interview date of April 9th. Communications and Other Matters As Authorized By Law Nothing The next meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 7:00PM. Commissioner Mooney made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM.
