City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission
November 10, 2012
A special meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Saturday, November 10, 2012,
in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Gleason called the
meeting to order at 7:55AM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Sindic, Kuwitzky, and Mooney present.
Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on November 7, 2012.
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Muskego Police & Fire Commission will convene upon passage of the
proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85 (1) ( c):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific
purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more
specifically for the purpose of discussing the oral interview questions for the position of chief of police.
Motion of closed session was made by Commissioner Mooney and seconded by Commissioner Kuwitzky
with the motion being carried unanimously. The commission moved into a closed session.
The commission reconvened into open session with Commissioner Kuwitzky making a motion to adjourn
with Commissioner Mooney seconding. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at
8:59PM.
