City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission
November 19, 2012
A special meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Monday, November 19, 2012,
in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Gleason called the
meeting to order at 6:01PM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Sindic, Kuwitzky, and Mooney present.
Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Wednesday, November 14, 2012.
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Muskego Police & Fire Commission will convene upon passage of the
proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85 (1) ( c): Considering
employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over
which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific of considering
employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specially for the
purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of chief of police.
Motion of closed session was made by Commissioner Mooney and seconded by Commissioner Treba
with the motion being carried unanimously. The commission moved into closed session at 6:04PM.
A motion was made to move back to open session by Commissioner Mooney at 9:25PM. The motion
was seconded by Commissioner Treba with the motion being carried unanimously.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Sindic seconded. Motion carried
unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 9:26PM.
