City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission Meeting
The quarterly meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Thursday,
July 23, 2009 in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department.
Commissioner Gleason called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Kuwitzky, and Mooney present.
Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Friday, July 10, 2009.
Commissioner Treba made a motion to approve the agenda items and Commissioner
Gleason seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Treba made a motion to accept the minutes of the April 23, 2009 meeting.
Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded and motion carried unanimously.
REPORT FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Chief Geiszler reported on the home invasion that occurred on Cornell Drive and
Bushy’s armed robbery of a bartender.
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
Election of Officers – Commissioner Kuwitzky made a motion to defer the
election until the meeting in October due to the absence of Commissioner Sindic.
Commissioner Treba seconded and motion carried unanimously.
COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER MATTERS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW:
Nothing
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 7:00PM.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Kuwitzky
seconded. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 7:35PM.
