City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission Meeting
April 23, 2009
The quarterly meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Thursday,
April 23, 2009 I the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department.
Commissioner Gleason called the meeting to order at 7:00PM and Commissioner Treba
led the commission in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Kuwitzky, Sindic, and Mooney
present.
Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Wednesday, April 15,
2009. Commissioner Kuwitzky made a motion to approve the agenda items and
Commissioner Sindic seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to accept the minutes of the October 9, 2008
meeting. Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded and motion carried unanimously.
REPORT FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Lt. Kaebisch is back to work after an injury.
Lt. Jones is also back to work after an injury.
Officer Heusdens is back to duty from her maternity leave.
Officer Angela Mesich is on light duty due to a pregnancy.
Two officers have been suspended for 7 days due to Unsatisfactory Performance
and Performance of Duty from an incident involving a mental commitment.
Contract negotiations are still proceeding for both the sworn and civilian unions.
They have been working without a contract since 12-31-08.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 7:00PM.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Commissioner Treba
seconded. Motion carried unanimously and meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM.
