PFC 10302012 MINUTES City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission October 30, 2012 A special meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Gleason called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was taken with Commissioners Treba, Gleason, Sindic, Kuwitzky, and Mooney present. Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on October 26, 2012. Commissioner Mooney made a motion to accept the agenda items and Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded. Motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: The commission discussed the hiring process for a new chief of police. It was agreed upon the promotional process would begin within the department. If a qualified candidate is not found, the process would go outside the department. The promotional packets are due on Thursday, November th 15, 2012. Interviews will be held starting on Monday, November 19 and will continue on Tuesday, th November 20 if needed. Commissioner Mooney made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Treba seconded.
