The meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Thursday, April 17, 2008,
in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. The meeting was called to order at
7:06PM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Kuwitzky, Sindic, and Mooney present.
Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Thursday, April 10, 2008.
Commissioner Kuwitzky made a motion to approve the agenda items and Commissioner Mooney
seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to accept the minutes from the October 18th, 2007, December
26, 2007, and March 18, 2008 meetings. Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded and motion carried.
REPORT FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Captain Moser is attending the FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia. The academy is for eleven
weeks and he will be returning by the middle of December.
Lt. Kaebisch is attending Northwestern Police & Staff Command training for ten weeks.
The Department has scheduled the process of accreditation for May 15th through May 17, 2008.
Chief Geiszler stated he is in the process of hiring a police officer that will fill the last vacancy.

NEW BUSINESS:
The Commission discussed the process of the ranking of or a list of qualified candidates after
the oral interviews are completed. After discussion, it was decided they will continue to rank
the qualified candidates on the list given to Chief Geiszler for further testing.
The questions used during the oral interviews were discussed and the Commission asked the
Chief to study the questions and see if there should be revisions.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 7:00PM.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion for the meeting to be adjourned. Commissioner Kuwitzky
seconded and motion carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55PM.
