pfcm20080318City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission Meeting Minutes Tuesday, March 18, 2008 A special meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Gleason called the meeting to order at 5:00PM. Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was taken with Commissioners Ed Gleason, Blenda Treba, Michael Kuwitzky, and John Mooney were present. The Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Commissioner Mooney made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statute, Section 19.85 (1) ( c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically to conduct oral interviews for the position of Police officer. Commissioner Treba seconded and motion carried unanimously. The Muskego Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making a recommendation to Chief Geiszler on the candidates eligible to continue in the hiring process. Commissioner Mooney made a motion to accept the recommendation and Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded. Motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Mooney made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Treba seconded with motion carrying unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:10PM. Michael Kuwitzky Ann Wissing – Recording Secretary
