pfcm20070611b City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission Meeting Monday, June 11, 2007 A special meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Monday, June 11, 2007, in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Rammer called the meeting to order at 6:00PM. Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was taken with Commissioners Rammer, Treba, Gleason, Kuwitzky, and Sindic were present. The Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Monday, June 4, 2007. Commissioner Kuwitzky made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statute, Section 19.85 (1) ( c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically to conduct oral interviews for the position of Police officer. Commissioner Sindic seconded and motion carried unanimously. The Muskego Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making a recommendation to Chief Geiszler on the candidates eligible to continue in the hiring process. Commissioner Gleason made a motion to accept the recommendation and Commissioner Treba seconded. Motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Sindic made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded with motion carrying unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:08PM. Michael Kuwitzky Ann Wissing – Recording Secretary
