City of Muskego POllce & FIre Commission Meeting
October 5, 2006
A .special meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Thursday,
October 5, 2006, in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department.
Commissioner Rammer called the meeting to order at 7:02PM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Robert Ramffier, Blenda Treba, Lewis Lehman,
Terry Sindic, and Ed Gleason present.
The Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Monday, October 2,
2006. Commissioner Lehman made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to
State Statues, Section 19.85 (1) (c): Considering employment, promotion,
compensation, or performan.ce evaluation data of any public employee over which. the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of
considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data,
more specifically to discuss the process of filling the chief of police vacancy.
Commissioner Sindic seconded with motion carrying 5-0.
The Muskego Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose
of discussing and making a recommendation on the process of hiring a Chief of Police.
A memo will be disseminated among employees explaining the process and the
postponement of oral interviews that were scheduled for October 19,2006.
Commissioner Lehman made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Treba seconded
with motion carrying. Meeting adjourned at 8:05PM.
