CITY OF MUSKEGO POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 13, 2005
A meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Tuesday,
September 13, 2005, in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department.
President Robert Rammer called the meeting to order at 5:01PM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Rammer, Treba, Sindic, Lehman, and Gleason
present.
It was noted that the Statement of Public Notice was posted and sent to the press, in
accordance with State Statues, on Thursday, September 8, 2005.
Commissioner Lehman made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to the State
Statutes, Section 19.85 (1) ( c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body
has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering
employment, promotion, compensation evaluation, or performance evaluation data, more
specifically to conduct oral interviews for Police Officer. Commissioner Terry Sindic
seconded. By a roll call vote, motion carried 5-0.
The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making
a recommendation to Chief Johnson on candidates eligible to continue in the hiring
process. Commissioner Treba made a motion and Commissioner Sindic seconded with
the motion carrying 5-0.
Commissioner Lehman made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Sindic seconded
with the motion carrying 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 8: llPM.
