CITY OF MUSKEGO POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MARCH 16, 2005 A meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Wednesday, March 16,2005 in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. President Michael Kuwitzky called the meeting to order at 6:30PM. Roll call taken with Commissioners Kuwitzky, Rammer, Lehman, and Sindic present. Commissioner Treba was excused. It was noted that the Statement of Public Notice was posted and sent to the press, in accordance with State Statutes, on Friday, March 11,2005. Commissioner Lehman made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85 (1) (c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, evaluation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically to conduct oral interviews for Police Officer. Commissioner Sindic seconded. By a roll call vote, motion carried 4-0. The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making a recommendation to Chief Johnson on candidates eligible to continue in the hiring process. Commissioner Rammer made a motion and Commissioner Sindic seconded with the motion carrying 4-0. Commissioner Rammer made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Sindic seconded with the motion carrying 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 9:30PM. Robert Rammer - Secretary k~;
