CITY OF MUSKEGO POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING
Thursday, January 20, 2005
The regular meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego was held on
Thursday, January 20, 2005 in the Conference Room of the City of Muskego Police Department.
President Kuwitzky called the meeting to order at 7:30PM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was conducted and present were Commissioners Kuwitzky, Rammer, Lehman, and
Sindic. Commissioner Treba was excused. See attached sign-in sheet for additional persons
present.
Statement of Public Notice was posted at City Hall and the Police Department and given to the
press on Monday, January 17,2005. Commissioner Rammer made a motion to approve the
agenda items with Commissioner Sindic seconding. Motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Rammer made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 28, 2004 meeting.
Commissioner Sindic seconded. Commissioner Lehman made a made a motion to approve the
minutes of the December 4, 2004 meeting and Commissioner Rammer seconded. Commissioner
Lehman made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 9,2004 meeting with
Commissioner Rammer seconding. All three motions carried unanimously.
CITIZEN/PUBLIC COMMENTS:
. Telecommunicator Becker, along with her Union Representative John Maglio, filed a
complaint against the Department Administration. The complaint is to be investigated.
REPORT FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT:
. Chief Johnson reported the Department is short six (6) sworn officers and discussed the
progress of the hiring process. Five positions have been filled and the last position is in
the background investigation phase.
. A professional burglar was apprehended while committing burglaries in our City and
Chief Johnson stated the officers involved, did a great job.

The next meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission will be held on Thursday, April 21,
2005 at 7 :30PM.
Commissioner Lehman moved the meeting be adjourned. Commissioner Sindic seconded and
motion carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 8:05PM.
