CITY OF MUSKEGO POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING

A meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Saturday, December
4,2004, in the conference room of the City of Muske go Police Department. President Kuwitzky
called the meeting to order at 7:50AM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call taken with Commissioners Michael Kuwitzky, Robert Rammer, and Lewis Lehman
present.
Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Monday, November 29,2004.
Commissioner Rammer made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statutes,
Section 19.85(1) ( c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of data, more specifically to conduct oral
interviews for six open positions of Patrol Officer. Commissioner Lehman seconded with the
motion carrying 3-0.
The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making a
recommendation to Chief Johnson on candidates eligible to continue in the hiring process.
Commissioner Lehman made a motion and Commissioner Rammer seconded with motion
carrying 3-0.
Commissioner Lehman made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Rammer seconded with the
motion carrying 3-0. Meeting adjourned at 4:41PM.
