pfcm20020713CITY OF MUSKEG0 POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING JULY 13,2002 A meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Saturday, July 13,2002 in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. The meeting was called to order at 7:59AM by President Michael Kuwitzky. Roll call taken with Commissioner Blenda Treba present. Commissioners Robert Rammer, Lewis Lehman, and Terry Sindic were absent. It was noted that the Statement of Public Notice was posted and sent to the press, in accordance with State Statutes, on July 9,2002. Commissioner Treba made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85 (1) ( c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or perfomance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation evaluation, data, more specifically to conduct oral interviews for Patrol Officer. Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded. By a roll call vote, motion carried 2-0. The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making a recommendation to Chief Johnson on candidates eligible to continue in the hiring process. Commissioner Treba made a motion and Commissioner Kuwitzky seconded with the motion carrying 2-0.
