The regular meeting of the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego was held on
Thursday, April 4,2002 in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police
Department. President Kuwitzky called the meeting to order at 7:04PM. Present were
Commissioners Michael Kuwitzky, Blenda Treba, and Lewis Lehman. Commissioners
Robert Rammer and Terry Sindic were excused.
It was noted the public notice was given to the press and posted at City Hall and the Police
Department on Monday, April 1,2002.
Commissioner Lehman made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State
Statutes, Section 19.85 (I) (c ): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body
has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering
employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically
to conduct oral interviews for a candidate for Patrol Officer (through the Wisconsin Police
Corps). Commissioner Treba seconded. By a roll call vote, motion canied 3-0.
0 The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session to continue the remaining
agenda items. Commissioner Lehman made a motion and Commissioner Treba seconded
to accept both candidates for further consideration.
Commissioner Lehman made a motion to approve the agenda items with Commissioner
Treba seconding. Motion canied unanimously.
Commissioner Treba made a motion to approve the January 17,2002 minutes and
Commissioner Lehman seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
