A meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Thursday,
November 30, 2000 in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department.
The meeting was called to order at 7:OOPM by President Michael Kuwitzky. Roll call
taken with Commissioners Michael Kuwitzky. Robert Rammer, Richard Petfalski, and
Terry Sindic being present. Commissioner Blenda Treba was excused.
It was noted that the Statement of Public Notice was posted and sent to the press in
accordance with State Statutes on Monday November 27, 2000.
Commissioner Rammer made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State
Statutes, Section 19.85 (I) (c ): Considering employment. promotion, compensation, or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body
has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering
employment. promotion. compensation, or performance evaluation data, more
specifically to conduct oral interviews for Patrol Officer Commissioner Petfalski
seconded. By a roll call vote, motion carried 4-0.
The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making
a recommendation to ChiefJohnson on candidates eligible to continue in the hiring
process. Commissioner Rammer made a motion and Commissioner Petfalski seconded
with the motion carrying 4.0.
Commissioner Petfalski made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Rammer seconded
with the motion carrying 4.0. Meeting adjourned at 8:lOPM.
