pfcm19981121CITY OF MUSKEG0 POLlCE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING November 21,1998 8:OOAM A meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Saturday, November 21, 1998 in the conference room ofthe City ofMuskego Police Department. The meeting was called to order at 8:OOAM by President Michael Kuwitzky. Roll call was taken with Commissioners Michael Kuwitzky, Robert Rammer, Blenda Treba, and Roger Moraga being present. It was noted that the Statement of Public Notice was posted and sent to the press in accordance with State Statutes. Commissioner Moraga made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85( 1) (c ): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically to conduct oral interviews for a position of Patrol Offcer Commissioner Robert Rammer seconded. By a roll call vote, motion carried 4-0. The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making a recommendation to Chief Johnson on candidates eligible to continue in the hiring process. Commissioner Rammer made a motion and Commissioner Moraga seconded with the motion carrying 4-0. Commissioner Treba made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Moraga seconded with motion carrying 4-0.
