pfcm19980519CITY OF MUSKEG0 POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING May 19,1998 7:OOPM A meeting of the City of Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Tuesday, May 19, 1998 in the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. The meeting was called to order at 7:OOPM by President Michael Kuwitzky Roll call was taken with Commissioners Michael Kuwitzky, kchard Horn, Blenda Treba, and Robert Rammer being present. It was noted that the Statement ofpublic Notice was posted and sent to the press in accordance with State Statutes Commissioner Rammer made a motion to move into closed session pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85(1) ( c ): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or Performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically to conduct oral interviews for the position of Captain. Commissioner Horn seconded. By a roll call vote, motion carried 4-0 The Police & Fire Commission reconvened into Open Session for the purpose of making a recommendation to ChiefJohnson that Lt. Geiszler and Lt. Daley be considered for the position of Captain. Commissioner Rammer made the motion and Commissioner Horn seconded with the motion carrying, 4-0. Meeting was adjourned at 8:35PM e Richard Horn - Secretary
