Commissioner Martin requested discussion of department policies as they related to the
recent disciplinary hearing for Oficer George Mielke. President Kreuser denied the
request as it was not on the agenda and advised the Commission that if so wanted, to
place on the agenda for the next meeting. The Commission was given a letter from City
Attorney Molter advising the commission of the statutory responsibilities they have.

the department. Chief Johnson supplied them with same.
