pfcm19850423POLICE AND FIRE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 April 23, 1985 A special meeting of the Police and Fire Commission of the City of Muskego was held on Tuesday, April 23, 1985, in the conference room of the Police Department. The meeting was called to order at 8:OlPM by President Swarthout. Present were President Swarthout, Secretary Kreuser, Walter Bohrer, Richard Horn, Kenneth Purdy, and Lieutenant Johnson. described on the agenda for the purpose of discussing personnel matters as Mr. Purdy moved to go into closed session following the business excluded under State Statute 19.85(1)(c): Considering employment, promo- tion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employe over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsi- bility for the specific purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data concerning the appointment of a new Chief of Police. Motion was seconded by Mr. Horn. The voting was as follows: President Swarthout - yes, Secretary Kreuser - yes, Walter Bohrer - yes, Richard Horn - yes, and Kenneth Purdy - yes. Motion carried unanimously. OPEN SESSION OF THE MEETING: Mr. Purdy moved to change the date of the next scheduled meeting to Tues- In reference to the minutes of the April 2, 1985 meeting as written, day, April 23, 1985. Seconded by Mr. Kreuser. Motion carried unani- mous ly . as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Horn. Motion carried unanimously. Departmental Report: Mr. Kreuser moved to approve the minutes of the April 2, 1985 meeting Historical Society for Criminal Damage to Property and Obstructing an Lt.
