A special meeting of the Police and Fire Commission of the City of
Muskego was held on Thursday, May 10, 1984, in the conference room of
the Police Department. The meeting was called to order at 8:OOPM by
President Swarthout. Present were President Swarthout, Secretary
Young, Walter Bohrer, Richard Horn, and Chief Scholz. Robert Kreuser
was absent.
Mr. Young moved to go into closed session for the purpose of dis-
cussing personnel matters as excluded under State Statute 19.85 (1)
(c): Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body
has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Motion was seconded by
Mr. Bohrer. The voting was as follows: President Swarthout - yes,
Secretary Young - yes, Richard Horn - yes, and Walter Bohrer - yes.
The motion carried unanimously.
Chief Scholz was advised to continue the testing procedure for
qualified personnel.
The meeting adjourned at 8:57PM.
