POLICE AND FIRE COMMISSION
January 1969
The January meeting of the Police and Fire Commission was called to order by
President William Ahrens at 8:OO p.m. on January 9, 1969 in the office of the
Chief of Police. Present were Mr William Ahrens, Mr Walter Bohrer, Mr Warren
Moser, and Ervin W Kraus, Chief of Police.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

Michael Wilcox Will be hired as of 2-17-69 as additional
man provided for in 1969 budget.

Chief Kraus reported that Officer Kenneth R Czisny has requested a leave of ab-
sence from the department for one year. Officer Czisny may be re-hired before
February 1, 1970 if there is a position available without going through the
examination process. Chief Kraus will hire another officerto replace Officer
