CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 6:30PM by Commissioner Mooney.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Mooney, Whittow, Kuspa, Jaske and Boyer were present. Chief Westphal was
also present.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
CLOSED SESSION
Commissioner Kuspa made a motion to go into closed session at 6:32PM. Commissioner
Whittow seconded. Motion passed all in favor.
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego will
convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statute,
Section 19.85 (1) (C ): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility for the specific of considering employment, promotion, compensation,
or performance evaluation data, more specifically for the purpose of interviewing candidates
for the position of police officer.
OPEN SESSION
Commissioner Jaske made a motion to go back into open session. Commissioner Whittow
seconded. Motion passed all in favor. Back in open session at 7:46PM.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Kuspa made a motion to adjourn, Commissioner Jaske seconded. Motion
passed all in favor.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:47PM.
