CALL TO ORDER
President Robertson called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were President Robertson, trustees Stuart, Darkow and Library Director Larson.
STATEMENET OF PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Trustee Darkow made a motion to approve NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION, Trustee
Stuart seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor<againsttext> 0 opposed</againsttext>.
Following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled
agenda, the Library Board will meet to vote on a motion to convene in Closed Session
for discussion/action relative to:
Discussion and Issuing the Library Director's Evaluation
and to take such further action as may be necessary and appropriate with respect to such
matters.
A Closed Session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of
19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats., Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governing body has
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
Upon conclusion of the Closed Session, the Library Board will convene in Open Session
to consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection of
the above-listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been acted
upon.
OPEN SESSION
Trustee Darkow made a motion to approve OPEN SESSION, Trustee Stuart seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor<againsttext> 0 opposed</againsttext>.
COMMUNICATION AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Stuart made a motion to approve ADJOURNMENT, Trustee Darkow seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor<againsttext> 0 opposed</againsttext>.
