CALL TO ORDER
President Robertson called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM.

Present were Trustees Heinowski, Darkow, President Robertson and Director Larson.

Trustee Darkow made a motion to approve the January 15, 2019 Minutes, Trustee Heinowski
seconded. Motion Passed 2 in favor.

Discussion/Action: 2019 Library Director Evaluation
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Trustee Darkow made a motion to enter closed session, Trustee Heinowski seconded. Motion Passed
2 in favor.
Entered Closed Session at 4:09 PM.
The Library Board Personnel Committee of the City of Muskego will meet at approximately
4:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as time permits on Monday, November 25, 2019 in the Library
Conference Room, Muskego Public Library, S73 W16663 Janesville Road, Muskego,
Wisconsin, following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled
agenda, to vote on a motion to convene in closed session at said time and place for
discussion/action relative to:
Discussion/Action relative to the 2019 Library Director Evaluation. The Library Board
Personnel Committee will hold the closed session in the Library Conference Room at the
Library.
A closed session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats.
Section §19.85(1)(c) , which authorizes a governmental body, upon motion duly made and
carried, to meet in closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Library Board Personnel Committee will convene in
open session to consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or
rejection of the above-listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been
acted upon.

Trustee Darkow made a motion to enter open session, Trustee Heinowski seconded. Motion Passed 2
in favor.

Trustee Heinowski made a motion to adjourn, Trustee Darkow seconded. Motion Passed 2 in favor.
