CALL TO ORDER
President Buckmaster called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were Trustees Buckmaster, Boschert, Robertson, and Library Director Loeffel.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was properly noticed.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
NEW BUSINESS
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that the Library Board will convene, upon passage of the proper
motion, into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Section §19.85(1)(c): Considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
more specifically Library Director evaluation. The Library Board will then reconvene into open
session to continue with agenda items.
Trustee Boschert made a Motion to Enter Closed Session, Robertson seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.
